Fresh Cream Taro Porridge Ingredient : 360g taro, cup fresh cream, some rock sugar (crushed) Method

d : 1. Peel, rinse and thinly slice tato. Steam or boil until tendered. Mash it. 2. Put some water and rock sugar into a pot. Bring it to a boil to form a syrup. Put in taro and stir ti become a taro porriage. Add in some cornflour water. 3. Put in some fresh cream and stir well. Dish up and serve hot.
