Demonstrate understanding of computer systems Use ICT to prepare teaching and learning materials Search information from the Internet Apply relevant computer programmes in undertaking learning facilitation activities Use computer systems in managing information in adult education programmes

Methods of teaching/facilitating:
Various methods as convenient and participatory as possible. No hour is assigned officially on the Master Timetable for seminar/tutorial; the facilitator can decide to use seminars/tutorials at any time of his/her convenience using any of the four hours provided.

Assessment modalities:
Continuous Assessment 50 marks (50%) Administered by the lecturer Semester Examination 50 marks (50%) Administered by the Institute

Components of Continuous Assessment:


- Classroom test - 10 marks - Mid-semester test - 15 marks - Participation - 5 marks - Project / Individual assignment - 10 marks - Portfolio - 10 marks
