Level 1 0-23

Level 2 24-35 It is appropriate to the magazine genre as it is clearly for a school and it has the school logo so you know what school it is for.

Level 3 36-47

Level 4 48-60

producing material appropriate for the target audience and task

It is a poor layout as I did not know how to use photoshop and this is one of the first things I have done so it is a very basic layout.

showing awareness of the need for variety in fonts and text size;

There is some variety in the text used but it there is not that much writing on the front cover, but there are different sizes and fonts for the title and the other writing on it. There is appropriate use of language for the school magazine although there is not that much on it. There was use of programmes such as photoshop

but the use wasn t that good as I was inexperienced in using it. appropriately integrating illustration and text; The picture is appropriate for a school magazine but was very basic and didn t really represent anything and wasn t that good of a !uality so it could ve been a lot better of a picture. There was images shot pacifically for the task and

shooting a variety of material appropriate to the task set;

the pictures were appropiate manipulating photographs as appropriate to the context for presentation, including cropping and resizing. There was not much as this due to it being one of the first times I have used photoshop.
