In continuation of the Academic Calendar for Yearly & Semester Pattern Courses, Summer
2009 Examination Activities are as per table given below.
NOTES –
1. The fees/penalties collected from candidates shall be deposited to R.B.T.E. necessarily within
three working days from the last date, wherever mentioned above. D.D. of later dates shall not be
accepted.
2. Separate receipts for normal fee & penalty should be given to the students.
3. Penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day shall be charged to Institutes if they fail to submit P.A.C. list as per
schedule given above.
4. Programme for filling on line examination (application) forms for regular candidates was already
declared as 15-02-2009 to 26-02-2009. However, due to certain difficulties being reported by
Institutes, the Institutes are allowed to fill in the forms as per schedule given above. However, in
order to complete the activities so as to generate pre-exam documents, the Institutes are advised
to complete the activitiy of regular candidates before 2nd March in any case. In exceptional circumstances,
they may submit the examination forms as usual in hard copies.
5. The on line facility of filling examination forms for ex - candidates is also being made available since 02-03-
2009. The Institute should give preference for filling the on line examination forms.
6. Exmination form fee of Rs. 10/- is applicable in case of on line facility too. The Institutes shall submit the
fees to R.B.T.E. The Dy. Secretary, R.B.T.E. shall refund Rs. 2/- per application to the Institutes availing on
line facility.
7. Those Institutes who have completed the filling of examination forms for regular candidates, shall submit
Demand Draft to R.B.T.E. immediately till 5th March 2009 alongwith report.
8. It is expected that, the filling of examination forms on line shall reduce the work of Y-coding for Institutes.
Moreover, the data received on line is expected to be more accurate, thereby eliminating errors in entire
result declaration process. Hence the Institutes are specifically advised to prefer the on line facility.
