Apple Crisp

Ingredients: 1 cup flour cup quick oats 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon cup margarine, softened 3 large tart apples, peeled and sliced thin cup brown sugar cup sugar 2 tbsp. corn starch 1 cup water 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions: Oven at 350. Mix first 5 ingredients to form crumbs. Press of crumbs into lightly sprayed 9 inch baking dish. Place sliced apples in rows over top. Mix up rest of ingredients into sauce pan and cook on medium heat until thickens. Pour over apples and top with remaining of crumb. Bake for 1 hour.
