Thesis: The purpose of this report is to determine the effectiveness or disadvantage of legalizing marijuana.

We will do this by examining cannabis research on how it affects persons in their behavior, their health, and their economy. We will look at the immediate and long term reactions to the use of marijuana. We will also look at the benefits marijuana provides to the body, and how the distribution of marijuana will affect the economy.
