RESULTS The first table displays all of the six subjects highest thresholds for both their left

and right ears at 500 Hz, 1,000 Hz and 2,000 Hz. At the bottom of the first chart the standard deviation for each frequency at both the left and right ears are calculated, as well as the average threshold for each frequency at each ear. The left ear thresholds that were used to calculate the left ear standard deviation and mean at 500 Hz were 5, 10, 10, 15, 15 and 5 which totaled to 4.472136 and a mean of 10. The numbers used to calculate the left ear standard deviation and mean at 1,000 Hz were 5, 0, 10, 10, 5 and 0 which equaled 4.472136 as well as averaged at 5 for the mean. For the last left ear standard deviation and mean which was at 2,000 Hz numbers 0, 0, -5, 10, 5 and 5 were used and equaled up to 5.244044 and averaged to the lowest mean of 2.5. Now the right ear thresholds that were used to calculate the right ear standard deviation and mean at 500 Hz were 5, 10, 5, 10, 10 and 10 which totaled to the lowest standard deviation of 2.581989 and the highest mean of 8.333333. Zero, 5, 0, 5, 15 and 0 were the thresholds used to calculate the right ear standard deviation and mean at 1,000 Hz which gave the highest standard deviation at 5.845226 and a mean of 4.166667. At 2,000 Hz the thresholds of 0, -5, 5, 5, 10 and 5 gave a right ear standard deviation of 5.163978 and a mean at 3.333333.
