SPONSORSHIP
 Send OrComSoc Prospectus to prospect
sponsors
 Follow up and close deals with sponsors

 Attend to memorandum of agreement (MOA)

 Maintain good working relationship with
sponsors
 Ensure that sponsorship agreements are
strictly followed (e.g., product positioning
during events)
 Create a database of existing and possible
sponsors for future OrCom batches
E-NEWSLETTER
 Draft content of the e-newsletter
 Write news articles covering OrComSoc events
 Write feature articles relevant to OrCom students
 Lay out e-newsletter design
 Upload/send copies of the e-newsletter to
OrCom students, DAC faculty, and sponsors
PUBLIC RELATIONS
 Plan, together with the Internals Creative
Sub-unit, how events will be promoted
 Implement the planned promotion of events

 Ensure that information about events are


well-disseminated to non-OrComSoc (as the
event requires) members
 Attend to other external matters of the
organization
