Memo Peer Review Sheet Criteria Style: Addresses audience with an appropriate, clear, and succinct style.

Attends to audiences needs and values. Form: Uses conventional design of memos, including heading, statement of purpose, summary, discussion, and recommendation sections effectively. Content: Defines relevant criteria and provides specific details to support its endorsement or rejection of each magazine. Organizes results and paragraphs in a smooth, logical pattern. Comments Memo addressed the audience with an appropriate and clear style. A picture header could be included in the memo.

Memo included all of the important components of a memo. Matrix chart was included. We found the discussion portion to repetitive since it included two paragraphs on National Geographic.

Criteria were clearly stated.


Great evidence was given to support your claims, but just be sure to include in-text citations for the final draft. The flow of the memo was not too bad, but could use a bit of work. Since National Geographic is your choice, perhaps consider putting it after your discussion on Atlantic and Time (the last thing the audience read tend to leave an impact on the audience since it is presented recently).
