Note: These rates are exclusive of water charges, overheads & contractor's profit. 1. Sand can be either coarse or fine as required/available. Here, provision of fine sand is considered only due to non-availability of coarse sand in Tripura. However, if design of mortar dictates for use of coarse sand, then seperate analysis may be made as per site condition. 2. Mixing of Cement and sand is considered manually. Thus the cost towards labour and hire charges of mixer is not considered. Only cost of material is taken. 3. Add extra @ 5% for labour charges & hire charges, water charges, sundries and contingencies in case of mechanical mixing of mortar. 4. Ordinary cement 43 grade may be used. 5. Weight of 1 cum of cement considered = 1.44 t
