Procedure:! Items stay in tub ! Test one liquid at a time ! Negotiate pH number ! Everyone records in their iPad ! Negotiate combination of 2 liquids for gets a,b,c( label cups with liquid names) ! Record pH for test a,b,c!

! I Learned that most of the liquids were the pH level of four. Baking soda was the highest pH level out of all or them, Which was eight. The lowest pH was three.That liquid was real lemon. We noticed that the four highest pH levels all had sodium bicarbonate in the ingredients. Test a and b were similar because they both had a pH level of eight. We think that they were both eight because one and the other had baking soda in them.we noticed that the liquids that had the pH level of four, either has sodium or caffeine in the liquids. Therefor, we learned that the greatest quantity pH level was four. When you drink a different pH level, your pH level goes up. I had a fun experience doing these test. It was also fun nding the pH levels of mt dew, tea, rock star, real lemon, Pepsi, POWEREDADE, coke, coffee, I also loved mixing two drinks to get test a,b and c. Our group got done early so we got to make more tests. We all had fun making tests. The pH of your blood is extremely importNt. The ideal pH level for blood is around 7.35, and you body goes to enormous lengths to maintain this level. If your points in either direction, it would change the electrical chemistry in your body; there would then be no electrical " power" and in a very short time you would die.
