ORGANIZATION PROFILE
UMU as a whole - 2,096 Undergraduate Students - 91 Graduate Students - 50% Male/ 50% Female - 30 States and 16 Countries represented Womens Basketball - 33 core members (27 players, 3 coaches, 2 ATCs and 1 Student Assist.) - Of the 33, 29 are White Caucasian and 4 are African-American - The socio-economic status is most upper middle class

PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY AND THEORIES


Mount Union - The mission of the University of Mount Union is to prepare students for fulfilling lives, meaningful work and responsible citizenship. My Statement to the team - 1 person does not win or lose. 3 people do not win or lose. 8 people do not win or lose. The 18 athletes that dress do not win or lose. The 33 people that have a hand in the program and the preparation day in and day out, win or lose. The team will succeed or the team will fail but those concerned with individual accolades have already failed and thus, let the team down. From the starters to the 27th player on the depth chart, to our athletic trainers and the coaching staff, every one of us have ability to impact this team in a positive or negative way. Are you in?
