By making business again with the last client it is a sure shot that the it is still interested to the company base on the letter. So by means there business would still run thus solving the objective of the company. 2. On the other hand, choosing a new a target is not a bad idea. Since errors were made on the last client then there should be room for improvement based on the situations that happened. By doing this a need of new production order must be established fast so that there will be no problems with the production side. V. Recommendation I recommend choosing the second alternative which is doing business again with the last client since communication was established already. So that means there will be no problem with later communication with the company and doing business with them will be easy, provided that they will take responsibility and improve on what mistakes they did on the last part.

VI. Comments Communication is a crucial part in a company. Without it the company will be thrown into disorder. As well as with doing business with other company, just like what happened in the case of Engineer Monsod.
