To Whom It May Concern, I recently changed my major from physics to food science and I am interested in getting involved with the food science opportunities here at BYU. I am specifically interested in working in the sensory lab. I have not been in the food science program for very long so I do not have a lot of experience in the field but I would love to start working and doing what I can right now. So far the only food science class I have taken in the introduction to the major. I am fascinated by food and flavors though. In my physics and math classes I have become a more critical thinking, hardworking and better at analyzing. I believe these skills will be useful in a lot of jobs and especially in science related jobs. I would love to work in the sensory lab if there are positions available. I am willing and able to learn and adapt to be able to be efficient and useful.

Sincerely, Grace
