Open Enrollment Process

1. Review and Decide if PPO is Appropriate.

2. Print off a PDF of Application on Insurance Website or complete online. 3. All Employees Must Re-enroll in Health Insurance 4. Agency Payroll Office will enter your Information via IPOPS. 5. Agency Payroll Offices Will Supply a Limited Number of Paper Applications.
