Sir, I gave my SONY XPERIA Z that had a hardware problem of charging pin slot shake t o authorised sony service

center. They promised me that the phone is not physica lly damaged and it is eligible for free replacement. It has been 15 days they ar e not giving me proper status of my phone. Today 5/12/2013 i called them they ar e telling me that my phone is not eligible for replacement. When i went to the s ervice center last wednesday 27/11/2013 they brought my phone it was switched of f but then it was hot which means they were using my phone. I request your goods elves to checkout whats happening i suffered a lot of losses without my mobile p hone for 15 days. I dont think it will take 15days for them to inform me that th e phone is not eligible for replacement. And a very important point my phone has a defect with the charging pin it gives jerks while inserting the charger.
