When a computer isnt working

1: Dont Panic about it. 2: Check if the power is on. 3: See if cables like network connection, or if you have wireless connection are working. 4: Take notes on error messages for next time. 5: You also might have to restart your computer 6: Check for malware (pop-ups, spyware, and viruses). 7: Dont click on the pop up warnings, instead press ALT and F4. 8: Make sure that the anti-virus is up to date and its running. 9: Run the anti-malware software. 10: Tell someone else.
