The C.E.O I think that a woman C.E.

O will inspire women to be just like her; and even men might benefit from a women's perspective; that she will motivate women to think that even if it is a male dominated job that a women can do just as good of a job. Who knows maybe she will be even better than a man. I think that G.M's decision to make a woman C.E.O is a great idea because she might have good ideas and a new way to make things more efficient; its always good to give someone a chance because you never know what they can bring to the table. I dont think that a women will make G.M completely different.
