ANNIVERSARYLast year we started this experience which , after four num- bers and lots of people working to make it possible, has become a grown-up activity. To begin with it we needed somebody who took the responsability of making itwork, a student ready to waste | = — some of his/her time doing exactly the opposite Nerea seems to be| ~~ doing in this photogrph: to push other people. From the very beginning she assumed her responsability and began to remind us of ours, all the time asking for the interview Nerea JUANARENA, editor wwe had to make for a certain deadline, looking for somebody who could interview this or that teacher, convincing her friends to get involve in the magazine and be the cones responsible of the money,... We thank her forall of this. We know she’s enjoyed herself alot, and we too. Now it’s time for her to leave this activity and concentrate in her studies. As she says on next page: it’s time for somebody else to take her place. ‘Thanks Nerea and we wish youall the best. THUMBS UP/DOWN The Asociation of Parents and HUARTE’s Town Council. He or- ganised last Easter a trip to Greece (see page 13) which became a wonderful experience for all those who travel with him. ‘The KORRIKA. It was fine because a lot of people, students and teachers, took part in the relay race (carrera de relevos). The start wasn’t well organised, so many people had problems to find the next relay (relevo). Probably it will be best prepaired for the 20th aniversary. The T-shitrts, The t-shirts made by different groups were original and funny. They produced many jokes among the people who were watching them. Irache Alegria ‘We want to complain to the staff of the school because they lincluded a perfomance of our | group of dances (BAIALDE | DANZA TALDEA) in the events Jof the 10th aniversary without | oar consent. The performance had take place on Friday moming, and they told us aboutit on Thurs- day evening. On Friday, fifteen minutes before the show we were said we were not allowed to dance with only the Basque flag. We wonder if people know how long ittakes to organise a dancing show: avery long time, and it’s not very Kind to interrupt it.
