1. Candidates who apply for re-assessment on competencies not satisfied during the previous Assessment shall:
undertake to work on the whole project where the competencies are included go to the same process of filling up application form from the Assessment Center after going through the Self-Assessment Guide pay the appropriate fees indicated for this assessment as agreed by the CoC and the Assessment Center

2. Candidates who were assessed as NOT YET COMPETENT may apply for re-assessment after three (3) months looking at the schedule from the nearest Assessment Center

3. A candidate who could not succeed the assessment for two (2) consecutive times shall be advised to take refresher training or practice of skills in industry. Future assessment of this candidate in any Assessment Center will require presentation of proof of Skills Gap training or industry practice

1. A candidate can appeal an assessment decision based on any of the following grounds:
a. The official process or procedure of assessment has not been followed

b. Method of assessment has been wrongly applied

c. When faced with personal bias, bad faith and/or discrimination

2. The candidate should submit his/her appeal letter to the Assessment Center on the same date of assessment otherwise would not be treated by the center

3. If the appeal is found to be valid the applicant will be reassessed at the cost of the guilty

4. If the appeal is unacceptable and not valid the applicant him/herself will be penalized by preparing conditions to this end while accepting the appeal
