During high school, it has been very rewarding to watch Evan grow as a writer.

He has allowed himself to fully explore and experience different genres. He has surprised me with his creativity, particularly when it comes to writing poetry. I have seen him expand his vocabulary in both spoken and written word. I hope he will continue to discover more of his abilities and write about the journey that lies ahead for him. Finally, his portfolio is a beautiful culmination of his writings and his creativity. It is most definitely an expression of who he is and I could not be more proud.
