Island) is a formation of huge granite boulders where there are two large stones standing vertically so that is shaped like a sail with white sand as his ship. Formation that makes the people of this place called Pulau Batu Berlayar (Sailing Rock Island). Batu Berlayar Island (sailing Rock Island) consists of two main granite stones standing vertically as high 10 meters. Around the island, there are many boulders with artistic formations. The island is located not far from the mainland of Belitung Island, still in the area on the westcoast of Tanjung Kelayang . There is a unique part of Batu Berlayar Island , which is a granite rock on the beach where the water is partially covered, the upper part this granite rock is shaped like a shark fin or similar also withshark's teeth. There has been no name of this stone, so we call it The Shark Fin Rock. This stone is often captured by photographers because of its unique shape with view of a lighthouse Lengkuas Island in the background. On this island, white sand on this island will only be visible when the tide is low, meaning that the boat will be anchored only at low tide as well. Sea around the island is very beautiful and shallow, with crystal clear sea water and there are also many coral reefs. To go to Pulau Batu Berlayar , visitors can rent a boat from Tanjung Kelayang / Tanjung Binga on the main island of Belitung. Another alternative is to rent a boat on the island of Babi/Kepayang if you stay on the island. Because the island is too small, so there is no other choice but lodging at the inn on the main island in,Belitung or Babi / Kepayang Island.
