    I have a suggestion regarding improving communication at our workplace, I suggest Toni Paulson, Sheri Kollmeyer, you and I begin monthly meetings on the third Tuesday of every month at 11:30 am. At the meetings, I would like us to: Update each other of all ongoing projects Confirm changes happening within projects Resolve any encountered problems I believe these meetings will help us understand what problems we are encountering, and help with resolving them.
