Churchill Roosevelt Highway/ Uriah Butler Highway Interchange

New Traffic Routes

3. West to North
Proceed east, keeping left along the CRH after the Aranguez overpass. Proceed past the south exit ramp and exit the highway via the new West to North Ramp to access the UBH northbound.

The National Infrastructure Development Company Limited (NIDCO), partnering with the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure wishes to advise all motorists that there will be NEW traffic arrangements which will be implemented at the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (CRH) / Uriah Butler Highway (UBH) Interchange from 6am on Sunday 13th October 2013.The traffic movements to be affected are; South to North, South to East, West to North, East to North, East to South, East to East. Please see the following changes:

1. South to North
Proceed along the northbound lane of the UBH and keep right after the Port of Spain exit and proceed North.

2. South to East
Proceed along the northbound lane of the UBH and keep left after the Port of Spain exit. Exit left onto the new South to East Clover and proceed onto the CRH eastbound.

4. East to North
Proceed west along the CRH and keep left upon passing Valpark Shopping Plaza. Exit the highway onto the New frontage road and keep right. Upon passing the entrance to Grand Bazaar move to the left lane and proceed straight under the new UBH overpass to access the East to North Clover and onto the UBH northbound. Note traffic lights across the UBH southbound are in effect.

5. East to South
Proceed west along the CRH and keep left upon passing Valpark Shopping Plaza. Exit the highway onto the New frontage road and keep right. Upon passing the entrance to Grand Bazaar move to the left lane and exit onto the existing the UBH southbound. Note traffic lights across the UBH southbound are in effect.

6. East to East
Proceed west along the CRH and keep left upon passing Valpark Shopping Plaza. Exit the highway onto the New frontage road and keep right. Upon passing the entrance to Grand Bazaar move to the left lane and proceed straight under the new UBH overpass to access the East to North Clover and onto the UBH northbound. Note traffic lights across the UBH southbound are in effect. Exit left onto the new South to East Clover and proceed onto the CRH eastbound.
