TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions are related to the VISA Card Transaction SMS Notification Operations of SJIBL: 1. The Application form must be filled up & sent directly to Shahjalal Islami Bank and not by facsimile. The Bank may require three working days after receiving the Application Form for activation of the services. If the Mobile Phone/Connection is stolen or sold to another individual(A) The Card holder shall immediately notify the Bank and cancel the SMS Notification Services. The Card holder hereby agrees that Shahjalal Islami Bank shall not be responsible for any disruption in SMS Notification Services due to any mechanical failure on the part of Shahjalal Islami Bank/Mobile Phone Service Provider. Request form should be submitted to the branch, where the account is maintained. SMS Services shall remain effective until otherwise advised in writing by the account holder.

The Bank may revise and/or change any of the Terms & Conditions at any time with notice to you but does not require any consent. By providing SMS Notification Services Shahjalal Islami Bank may collect service charge from the linked account. Shahjalal Islami Bank may revise and/or change the service charge at any point of time. Other terms and conditions implied by the mobile service providers shall be unchanged. Any terms and conditions applied/or to be applied by government shall be immediately implied.
