TOURIST ATTRACTIONS OF TRUJILLO

Trujillo is a very beautiful city located in the north of Peru. It is known as the Spring Capital and it is populated by friendly and nice people. Besides its people, there are many reasons for visiting Trujillo. Firstly, you'll find wonderful places where you can learn about our history and admire the nature. For instance, there are Chan-Chan Citadel, La Huaca del Sol y La Luna, Huaca La Esmeralda and La huaca Arco iris. Also, you could visit many colonial places like churches and houses which are museums now, such as The Museum of Archeology and Emancipation House. In regarding to natural places, you should go to Huanchaco Beach for surfing or taking a bath, to Conache Dune for doing sandboard and to Campana Hill for looking flora and fauna. On the other hand, all times of the year are good for your visit because there is always at least one activity you can assist. For example, the Marinera Festival in January, the Sea Festival in May, the Folk Dance Festival in August and the Spring Festival in September. And finally, you probably taste the most delicious food you have never eaten. A luscious cebiche, a delectable shambar, a flavoured frito trujillano and other many dishes are waiting for you. So, if you have in mind come to Trujillo, this is definitely a good idea.
