Questions to ask:

A system is usually evaluated upon some basis, which are: Is the system reliable? Does the system do what it was intended to do? Is the system easy to use? Is the new system efficient? Is the solution appropriate?

How would it be evaluated?

Based on the previous questions, the system is evaluated in terms of efficiency, ease of use and how appropriate the solution is.
