SKILLS TRAINING Training in basic skills such as writing, computing, speaking, listening, problem solving, working as a part of team,

leading others will be given to the trainees. A sales personnel will be given communication both verbal as well as non verbal training .He will be trained with the selling tactics and techniques so that he boosts the sale of the orgaisation. He will also be briefed with the companys products and services so that he gets acquainted to all the offerings the company has to make to the customers. A business head will be given leadership training. He will be trained in such a way so that he develops the ability to manage people and the projects under him and be able to work collaboratively.He will also be given training about the companys products and services so that he wll be able to utilize them effectively. A telephone operator will be given training in communication skills, telephone etiquettes, knowledge about the companys product and services and some selling techniques so that he can have a effective telephonic conversation. INDUCTION TRAINING It is given to the new employees upon taking up a post. They are briefed about the working of the company. A new employee for the telephone operator post will be trained in the induction training how to use the
phone including how to transfer calls, divert phone and the standard practice for taking messages. Employee for the administrative post will be given orientation of computer system and how to seek help, how to use the fax, printer and photocopier etc.. All the other employees newly joined will be made acquainted to where the toilet, lunchroom, fire escapes, parking zone are. COACHING The supervisor will explain things and will answer questions to the subordinates doubts. He will throw light on why things are done the way they are and will offer a model for the trainees to copy. The trainer will conduct lots of decision making meetings with the trainees. COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS In such program, talented employees are assigned to important committees to work with them which will give these employees a broadening experience and can help them to understand the personalities and processes governing the organizations. In such training the trainees are asked to solve an actual organizational problem and trainees have to work together and offer solutions to the problem.
