Ruling of Meem Sakinah and Tanween

Meem Saakinah Is meem free from any vowel, and
which has a fixed sukoon when continuing reading
and when stopping.
Meem is known as the lips(Oral ) letter because its
pronounced from the two lips by brining them
together.
It has three rules; Idhar Shafawi (Oral Clearity)
Idhgham shafawi (Oral Mergin) and Ikhfaa shafawi
(Oral hidden)
We already Know the definition of these three
rules in chapter 3

The difference is that In Oral Hidden we only
hide the meem in the Ba.
while in Iqlab we change the noon to meen
then we hide the meem to ba.
