    1. Copy Bentley.liclib.dll to program directory (C:\Program Files\Bentley\WaterC AD) 2. Run WTCAD-registry.bat and generate Registry_WaterCAD.reg 3.

    Edit the reg file and change "FeatureString"="acad=yes|mstn=yes|agis=yes|pipe =1000" ;change 1000 to 100,000 3. Save the file and run it
