CIRCULAR
The candidates aspiring to apply for admission to MBA/ MFC/BBA MBA (5 years Integrated) and B.Tech courses of the University of Kashmir are hereby informed that the admission to the said courses shall be based on the following criteria/ policy. 1. Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Master of Finance and Control (MFC): Admission to these programmes shall be made on the basis of three components viz latest MAT/CAT Score obtained by a candidate, Group discussion and Interview. 2. BBA-MBA (5 year IMBA): Admission to the programme shall be made on UGAT score 2012 and performance in qualifying examination, Group discussion and Interview.. 3. B.Tech: Admission to the course shall be made on the basis of the latest AIEEE Score of 2012 and the merit of the qualifying examination at 10+2 level. The merit shall be reduced to the base of 100 with 60% weightage to AIEEE Score, 2012 and 40% weightage to merit obtained in the qualifying examination at 10+2 level. As already notified vide University notification No.F (MBA/MFC-MAT/CAT)Acad/KU/11 dated 21.12.2011 and No.F(B.Tech)Acad/KU/11 dated 27.12.2011, the candidates desirous to seek admission to the above mentioned courses must appear in the CAT/MAT/UGAT examinations 2012 and submit score cards as and when admission notification for these courses is issued by the Univeristy. The University shall conduct the Group discussion and Interview separately for MBA, MFC and BBA-MBA courses.
