AFTER MOVING TO A DIFFERENT PART OF THE LOBBY, THE COMP IMMEDIATELY PULLED DOWN THE PORTION OF HER BLOUSE WHICH COVERED HER NECK AND SHOWED RO SEVERAL RED MARKS. THE RED MARKS WERE CLEARLY VISIBLE AND APPEARED TO ENCOMPASS THE MAJORITY OF HER NECK. THE COMP THEN EXPLAINED TO AO THAT THE ARGUMENT HAD BEEN INITIATED INSIDE THE AP'S RESIDENCE, WHERE THEY HAD BOTH BEEN CONSUMING ALCOHOL FOR SEVERAL HOURS. COMP STATED TO AOS THAT THE AP ALSO MADE SEVERAL VERBAL THREATS DURING THE ASSAULT AND STATED "I'M GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU, YOU FUCKING CUNT." THE COMP STATED TO AOS THAT SHE BELIEVED THE AP TO BE CAPABLE OF CARRYING OUT THE THREATS MADE.
