New three-story, four-level parking structure providing 1,509 stalls, constructed adjacent to the Stanford University Medical Center. The structure is built utilizing Pankows innovative Precast Hybrid Moment Resistant Frame (PHMRF) and is the second one built by Pankow for Stanford. This is the first parking structure on the east Campus as part of the parking planning node concept, and it serves both the University as well as the Medical Center.

Second application of PHMRF in a seismic zone 4 Fast-track project completed and open to parking in 10 months Siting of parking structure made it possible to save a large oak tree
