The objective is to help excellence come to the fore, with some carefully targeted assistance. Football: Audi's involvement in top international sport enables strong partnerships to come about. Top international teams and numerous stars from Bayern Munich, TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, Hamburg SV, FC Barcelona, FC Chelsea London and AC Milan also demonstrate their philosophy of top performance when not in action on the pitch, by driving an Audi. For that reason Audi is the title sponsor of the FIS Ski World Cup and main sponsor of 15 National Alpine Ski Teams. Golf: Audi has been successfully involved in golf for two decades. Golf is an element in the programme of AUDI AG with a tradition that is as long as it is successful. Audi has a tradition of cultural commitment. Whether as a sponsor of prestigious festivals, an organizer of its own concerts, a promoter of young artists, or the backer of its own employee orchestra, the brand with the four rings has been a reliable partner of culture for years. Though its commitment is centered round classical music, it also embraces many other genres; from jazz to theater to the visual art. Classical Music: Salzburg Festival, Bayreuth Festival, Salzburg Easter Festival, The Bavarian State Opera, Audi Summer Concerts, Audi Young Persons Choral Academy, Georgian Chamber Orchestra. Visual Arts: Concrete Art is closely linked with questions of design a core Audi brand competence. Audi is therefore active in the Ingolstadt-based Concrete Art and Design Foundation. Since 2010 the company has also cooperated with the Bavarian State Art Collections. To celebrate the start of this cooperation, Audi used the unique ambience provided by the Modern Art pinakothek in Munich for the world premiere of its Audi A7 Sportback.

Philanthropy
Driving Away the Cold is a philanthropic program started in January of 2008 by the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation, of which Audi is a member. The program has one simple but very important mission, to provide new winter coats to underprivileged children living in the five-county region of Philadelphia. Audi AG in October 2009 endowed the new Audi Environmental Foundation, an organization designed by the company to focus exclusively on environmentally minded pursuits for the common good, with a $5 million kitty. Audi provided support for victims of the environmental disaster in Hungary in October 2010. The carmaker is donating 500,000 Euros to promote aid measures. Audi is associated with Best Buddies International, a nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for friendship, employment and leadership training for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The automaker Audi launched a program in June 2013 for its dealerships called the 'Veterans to Technicians Program.' This program shows that Audi recognizes and appreciates the brave women and men who have been with the military serving out country. Audi of America recognized the opportunity to give skilled military technicians the opportunity to become certified auto technicians. It helps the Veterans find a good job and Audi auto service centers find reliable employees who can be trained and certified. Veterans who wish to take part in this program can be trained and educated to become auto service professionals.
