Goal/Expected outcome/Hypothesis: Both of the membranes have equal percentage of ribosomes that survived after 24 hours. III. Method or Procedure: Synthesis of artificial membrane Extraction of ribosomes, t RNA and m RNA from Pisum sativum by salting out method Removal of nucleus by centrifugation (for without nucleus) Encapsulation Simulation of protein synthesis with nucleus Ribosome evaluation IV.
