Hi! Well let me start off by saying that I am so happy to be your childs teacher Briscoe is an amazing place to be and I am proud to say that I helped open the school. This is my 14th year of teaching however 28th year in education. I am a graduate of Texas A&M International University at Laredo, Texas with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies. My experience includes teaching 1st, 5th, 7th, and 8th grade. I was at the elementary level for approximately 7 years but have always had a love for history. I made the decision to move to middle school and started at Zachry and then moved to Briscoe as the Social Studies Dept. Coordinator. I have been married to my husband David for 32 years and have 3 boys.David Jr., Dennis, and Derek. I also have 2 grandsons.Devin and Rocco and 1 daughter-in-law.BobbieRae. My goal, as your childs teacher, is to provide them with all the necessary tools they need to be successful. It is also my intention to help them become a good, productive citizen.
