Executive Summary:

www.estore.com is an online store where a customer can shop the different goods and products and get the delivery at desired destination.

estore.com allows users to view products available in it. Each individual user can register and get the full information regarding the product. Customers get the delivery items from Suppliers, not from www.estore.com. The Company only facilitates transactions, and does not enter into any sales or purchase contract in its own name on behalf of customers or suppliers.

The planned organizational structure consists of only 12 persons where the focus will be on the function to be performed rather than the power and authority. The marketing strategy of www.estore.com concentrates in Differentiation strategy and Cost Leadership strategy where the company offers superior service at a lower cost. Marketing communications include different medias such as Presentations, Print advertising, Web Based Marketing and Distribution of pamphlet and brochures. The user interface will intuitive and easy to use with the least number of steps for a user to complete the task. The company has capital investment of Rs. 2,500,000 where there are 3 investors with equal shares of Rs. 500,000.00 thus Rs. 1,500,000.00 is our equity and Rs. 1,000,000.00 is Debt.

Our target is to maintain 0.3045, 0.2067 and 0.1391 debt-Equity Ratio in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years with profit margin of 28.35%, 36.61% 43.26% respectively.
