Comments: Great running. It looked like we had an army line up at the meet. It
was fun to see so many athletes representing Parkway West. Congrats to Kaleigh
Jurgensmeyer for winning the JV race (I have been coaching for four years and do
not recall us winning the JV meet). For those of you that were new I hope your first
race was a good experience. Look at your first mile split….can you go faster??
Next weeks meet is a 4K also. Where do you think you can improve so that you can
run faster?? Remember what you do at practice relates into how you run in a meet.
