My Secret ~ I talk to my fears

My fears about doing something always blocks me from: 1. Letting myself be in tune with my wise self, so the dream can evolve naturally and effortlessly ( as it should) and 2. Holds me back with procrastination from just taking the rst step and starting to chip away at my dream. So here is one way that I nd useful to challenge these setbacks...

Talk to your fear

Take some time out. Become still. Take a few breaths to become slow and at ease.With your hand on your heart and eyes closed, ask your fears in whatever words come to you why they are existing in your mind about a certain situation. Try not to feel rushed, just let the answers come. Once you feel there are no more answers write the ones that came up down. Then ask your wise self what to do about these fears that have come up. Take your time again and see what it says. What your wise self says will be your action as to how to challenge your fears and move beyond them to set them free and this is were the believing in you comes in. Here you take charge with all of your heart and soul and believe that You Can challenge these fears and
