    Currently, there are 1867 homes for sale in Shreveport/Bossier.


    Last month 377 homes actually sold.
    That’s a 5.0 month supply of homes if no more homes come on the market.
    Last month 576 homes came on the market.

    Currently there are 135 homes above $400,001 for sale in Shreveport/Bossier.
    Last month only 7 homes actually sold in this price range.
    That’s a 19.3 month supply of homes if no more homes come on the market.
    Last month 25 homes came on the market in this price range.

    Currently there are 261 homes priced between $250,001 and $400,000 for sale in
    Shreveport/Bossier.
    Last month 48 homes actually sold in this price range.
    That’s a 5.4 month supply of homes if no more homes come on the market.
