Before start to replace the AEC module switch off all power supply of the demage AEC module

Replace AEC

Safety

Before start to replace the AEC module switch off all power supply of the demage AEC module

Open DC side switch

Open AC side fuse

Remove the auxiliary power supply fuse

Replace AEC

Remove Cover

Remove upper blu cover Remover the small grey cover 3 screw (Philips screw driver)

Remove lower blu cover

Replace AEC
Unplug all the command wiring

Command and signal

Unplug the cabinet fan wiring

Unplug the DC current measurement wiring

Remove the RS485 wiring Use a small screwdriver

Remove DC current measurement board

Unscrew the cable shield connections

Replace AEC
Remove cover

Power side
Unscreew all power cable

Remove the plate whit cable DC side

Fix the DC cable on the top of the door

Move the auxiliary cable from the standard position to side position AC side

Replace AEC
Remove cover

Power side
Unscreew all power cable

Remove AEC fixing nuts Lower position Remove AEC fixing nuts Upper position

AEC ready to remove

AEC removed

Replace AEC

New inverter

Place the new inverter

Remove all cover and cable plate

Replace AEC

Power wiring

Fix the cable plate

Connect all the power cables

Start from DC side

Then the GROND cable

At the end the AC side

Replace AEC

Auxiliary wiring

Move the auxiliary cable from the site position to standard position

Connect all wiring
