Role
Undertake projects / assignments focusing on specific deliverables and improvements within the government educational system organizational design, process / system improvements, budgeting / planning, IT enablement and e-governance etc. Contextualization of Leadership & Management capacity building modules available for government functionaries Facilitation of training modules to all relevant stakeholders Organize, facilitate forums of interaction, learning and action for the relevant stakeholders Regular interaction with government functionaries to: o Assess capacity building needs from a Leadership & Management perspective (development needs related to leadership, management, administration, governance etc.) o o Help develop and monitor educational development plans with specific focus on building leadership and management capabilities in the relevant government functionaries Help mentor/coach people so as to help create a more effective environment for schools through better administrative support

Qualification and Experience


Expertise in Learning & Development or Consulting Experience of handling and managing teams and people is a must Ability to conceptualize and design training modules and material Significant experience in facilitating trainings Excellent oral and written communication skills, inter personal skills Preferably a Masters degree in management like organization development, human resources, social work and humanities Exposure to working at the grassroots level, either in education or other areas of development will be an advantage
