Process paper Section 1 My NHD topic is the Near v. Michigan case of 1931.

I chose this topic because I wanted to research more about the freedom of press. I have gained an interest in this topic because my mom is a journalist. Section 2 I conducted my research by looking through books and websites that had to do with constitutional right or journalism. This is how I found most of my sources. Section 3 The reason I chose my presentation category was because making a website was something I enjoyed and knew how to do because I had done one last year.

Section 4 My topic reflects on the theme because publishing press is a right that citizens have, but with that come responsibilities of publishing newspapers.
