I am writing this letter to give my highest possible recommendation for Mr. Catalin Iordache. I know Mr. Iordache through his work in Leroy Merlin Romania. We have been working together since June 2012 until September 2013. Mr Iordache worked at the position of Sales Person in our Leroy Merlin store in Bucharest, Romania. He was responsible for many tasks, like customer service, organizing logistic on his Department, dealing with suppliers, ordering goods, organizing deliveries. He was also actively involved in sorting out many customer problems. Doing his job he was always responsible, creative and full of energy. Mr Iordache ideas, many times helped his team with better organization of the Department. Mr Catalin Iordache was working in the team of 10 people. The other employees working with Mr.Iordache commented favorably about working with Mr. Iordache. They said Mr. Iordache got along well with everyone, and had the ability to compromise with other team members. Doing his job, he always had time to help other colleagues. Mr Iordache had a good influence on other team members. By his attitude Mr Iordache and the team were able to achieve really high level of performances in our Department Mr Catalin Iordache also volunteered by organizing after work events for his team and other employees. He as Actively organized football games as well as created a football team which participated in Companies Championship in Bucharest. In summary, Mr. Iordache is clearly one of the best employees I have worked with. Even though I hope he stays here, I think he would be an outstanding employee for any company.
