Q. No. 2 Being a HR Specialist first of all I will oversee the whole scenario and will identify the key problems from each party side like leader, team members and patients feedback. After that I will ask Dr. John, the reason of rescheduling of the supervision meeting. And will ask why he is not asking the internees who dont attend the meeting. I will reorganize the whole duty plan and meeting schedule. A performance evaluation will be conducted on weekly basis to find out different problems and a committee will be organized headed by leader to solve the different dilemmas internees facing. Then time management will be organized after finding out the reasons for such a time in taking appointment for treatment. Moreover Six sigma techniques will be utilized in operations to make everything effective. Q. No. 3 Dr. John follows the Behavioral theory as he makes the decision and expect that others will follow. And he relaxed the employees as they want to work with comfort so as the case in this situation interns who wished to attend the meeting he attend and vice versa. Moreover he is not participating up to the level as all patients are dealt by internees and this is not right as per
participatory leadership. This type of leadership is not conductive to the mental healthcare centre as some patients are high risk and needed to be treating carefully.
