Campus Solutions Operations and Strategy Manager March 2013- present Selected by administrative leadership to lead all marketing efforts for start-up logistics organization. Earned current leadership role after proven street-work success and commitment to the organization. Retained 85 users from previous years after new competitor emerged in logistics view. Analyzed student interests over social media to implement a new marketing strategy focused on YouTube commercials. Northwestern University Peer Adviser February 2013-present Selected to be one of 195 out of 800 applicants to lead all incoming freshman students through the orientation process. Created interpersonal connections with 15+ students and acted as a resource and counselor throughout students freshman year. Utilized conflict resolution skills to address internal conflict between students and administrators. Tri Delta Upsilon Philanthropy Chair September 2013-present Selected by peers and executive board to lead the organization in 9 different philanthropy events. Helped organize fundraising efforts to help Tri Delta and another organization raise $43,591 for the Danny Did Foundation. Implemented a new fall philanthropy event after analyzing student activity on campus which raised 1000 dollars. Led efforts by the upsilon chapter to reach 2013s fundraising goal of $28,000.
