Dear Dr. Farrant, Visit of group of students to Fukuoka Motors Thank you for your interest in visiting our company with the group of students from Whitcomb Polytehnic. In principle your visit is allowed but only if it respect certain conditions. The first one regards the number of students. We suggest to divide the students in two group of ten students, each. The regulations do not admit groups of twenty. You have to choose from two of the following days in which you invite you to visit us: Tuesday and Thursday. The program we will establish together, but it has to be between 10 a.m and 4 p.m. The students have to be accompanied by a teacher and you will be given assitance as well from a guide of our own when you arive. For those who want to have lunch, they have the possibility at our caffeteria for only 8 . Water and refreshements are on the house. The available dates for the visit are: 10, 12 November and 16, 18 December and I ask you to confirm the date as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you.
