Shirazi Trading is accredited with ISO 9001:2008 - Certification for Management Systems (UKAS accreditation) certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. Shirazi Trading Company (Private) Limited was established in 1975 with the prime objective to transact the business of trading. STC is the wholly owned subsidiary of Shirazi Investments (Private) Limited and a trading arm of Atlas Group - a leading business group of Pakistan. The Company is registered under corporate registration number 0004831 with Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the registered office of the Company is situated in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. STC falls under the jurisdiction of CRO Karachi and the corporate affairs of the company are being regulated by SECP. Shirazi Trading is also registered with Federal Board of Revenue of Pakistan (FBR) under NTN 07121300. The Company is a Medium-Sized Entity as defined in 5th Schedule of the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The Company prepares its annual financial statements on the basis of Accounting and Reporting Standard for Medium-Sized Entities (MSEs) which are being audited by a firm of Chartered Accountants having satisfactory QCR rating i-e Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder.
