Introduction
This study explores the relationships between training experiences and attitudes, and attitudes about perceived job proficiency. In a sample of 237 full-time salaried and hourly employees from one academic institution and three businesses in the states of Maryland. The author finds a direct relationship between ones positive training experiences and attitudes and ones proficiency. In this study 86.8% of those who had updated training had the most positive attitudes toward training 80% of those who had negative training attitudes also had negative views on their proficiency.

Summary
The article I choose to explain how the effect of training and development of employees as it related to training experiences and work proficiency. The author I choose is Debra L. Truitt he talks about the relationship between training experiences and attitudes of the employees. He said if any organization wants to get high profit then organization should more focus on training and development of the employees. Some employees think T&D takes positive effect on them and some employees think it takes negative impact and also they got negative views about it.

Critique
In my critique the company should taken more interest in having a guidance program. In my point of view there should be additional program just for guidance it will affect directly on those 80% percent who have negative perception about T&D because the lack of training and development directly affects on the job proficiency.

Conclusion
It is concluded that those employees with training experiences have positive attitudes about trainings (training attitudes). Positive trainings are perceived to improve job proficiency. Employees look for the improving their jobs as well as enhancing their future career prospective obviously when employees transfer their positive learning content to their job they win solutions

for organization and employees can be accomplished. Those 80 percent they need to focus on T&D for improvement of their job proficiency. Keywords T&D (Training and development)
