    STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

    This study aimed to have an online room reservation system in Arbilla Pension House located at Panab-an, Trinidad, Bohol, to help the establishment have a fast and accurate reservation process of their clients.

    Specifically, it sought to: 1. Analyze the present reservation system; 2. Determine the advantages and disadvantages of the present system; 3. Determine the main features or functionalities of a good reservation system; 4. Design the proposed reservation system; 5. Develop the proposed reservation system; and 6. Test the proposed reservation system.
